Jane Yang founded Cooper Square in 2023 to own, operate, and develop manufactured housing communities. Prior to that, she spent 14 years investing on behalf of institutionally backed real estate private equity firms, including Prospect Ridge, Meadow Partners, and the Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy Estate. 

Jane’s investing experience spans more than $4.5 billion of real estate across a variety of property sectors, including residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel, medical office, student housing, and ground-up development. However, manufactured housing is by far her favorite property type.

Jane holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She loves to eat, ski, travel, and practice Muay Thai, and lives in New York City with her partner Tom.
