Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty, is Vice President of Education at PetScreening and a seasoned property management professional with experience across HOAs, manufactured housing, and multifamily communities. A recent Hall of Fame inductee, Victoria is a former president of both the Charleston and South Carolina Apartment Associations. She also served as an NAA Regional VP and chaired multiple NAA committees. Victoria is a passionate advocate for education, pets, assistance animals, and team wellness.
