Steve Case has been a real estate investor in RV properties, manufactured home communities, multi-family, and self-storage for nearly three decades, early on pursuing a series of “turnaround parks” that required extensive hands-on effort in the relocation of homes, home infill, utility upgrades, and operational re-engineering. In 2003, Case founded Mobile Home University to serve as an educational and training platform for those who wanted to come into the industry and later co-founded SECO in 2008.
