Louis Levenson, Esq. has practiced law since 1978 and brings decades of courtroom and judicial experience to SECO26. He has served as a part-time Magistrate Judge in Fulton County, Georgia since 1984 and has extensive experience hearing residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters. Over the course of his judicial service, he has presided over more than 100,000 non-jury dispossessory and eviction cases, as well as numerous jury trials. A graduate of Emory University School of Law and former Fulbright Scholar, Levenson is also a longtime instructor for Georgia’s continuing judicial education programs. At SECO26, he’ll share his perspective on evictions, dispossessory proceedings, and other legal considerations manufactured housing community owners should understand.
