Austin is the third generation in his family to be in the manufactured home business. He has been around the industry since he was born. His dad owned dealerships while Austin was growing up, so he was involved in nearly every aspect of the business through his late teens. Since then, Austin has managed dealerships for Clayton Homes, selling more than 100 homes per year on average. For the last eight years, he and his business partner have been acquiring manufactured home communities. During that time, they have continued to set up an average of 300 homes per year for numerous communities and dealerships. They now have their own dealership and move their own homes, as well as handling all of the infill for their communities.
