Charles Castellano

Regional Director, Southeast, Yale Realty & Capital Advisors

Charles Castellano is Regional Director of the Southeast U.S. at Yale, specializing in new business development and Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) and Recreational Vehicle (RV) transactions. He builds relationships with owners and operators across the Southeast through industry conferences and community visits. In 2023, Charles reached $250 million in total production and has successfully closed deals across seven states. He has also contributed to MHInsider on affordable housing and played a key role in recruiting and expanding Yale’s team. Previously, he gained experience in transaction management, market research, and property underwriting. Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Real Estate from the University of Denver and is a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida. Outside of work, he is an accomplished amateur golfer, winning the 2021 Florida Mid-Am Stroke Play Championship and competing in the 2022 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship at Erin Hills.
