SECO Conference

Terms of Service

The ground rules for using our site, registering, and sponsoring.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Acceptance

These terms cover your use of secoconference.com and your registration for, or sponsorship of, the SECO conference. By using the site, registering, or sponsoring, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The event

SECO26 takes place October 6–8, 2026 at The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. We work hard to deliver the program we advertise, but the schedule, sessions, and speakers can change.

Registration and payment

  • Prices are the ones shown at registration at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout.
  • Badges are per person and admit one named attendee.
  • Please provide accurate, current information when you register.

Cancellations and transfers

All registrations are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you may request a transfer to a colleague through your attendee portal. Transfers are subject to SECO's approval.

Capacity

Attendance is limited. SECO may close registration and operate a waitlist once we reach capacity.

Promotional codes

We sometimes offer discount codes. A code may expire, have a redemption limit, carry no cash value, and be deactivated at any time.

Sponsorships

All sponsorship purchases are non-refundable. If there's a problem, please reach out to us — we'll make every effort to accommodate your situation when possible.

Invoiced sponsorships are governed by the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Conduct at the event

We want SECO to be welcoming and productive for everyone. SECO may refuse entry to, or remove, any participant who is disruptive or interferes with the event, without a refund.

Photography and recording

SECO photographs and records its events. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to SECO's use of that media to promote the conference.

Your account

Signing in uses magic links sent to your email — there are no passwords. Please keep access to your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email could request a sign-in link.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the event are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SECO's total liability to you for any claim relating to the site, your registration, or your sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid us for the item the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Questions? Email contact@secoconference.com or call (770) 378-8408.
