Previously, he served as Director of Acquisitions for a private equity firm, overseeing the acquisition of over 1,500 mobile home park sites across the U.S. With nearly a decade of experience in the mobile home park industry, Dan specializes in all facets, from sourcing and due diligence to post-acquisition business plan execution and operational optimization.
Mr. Robinson is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes representing mobile home park investors, owners, and operators, multifamily real estate investors and middle-market companies in a variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, acquisition, construction and mezzanine financing projects, commercial leasing, and real estate-related loan sales and purchases.
