of National Professional Services, where he has led operations and strategy since
2018, and CEO of Lefke Tree Experts, a Cincinnati-based commercial and residential
tree service company he founded in 2015. Under his leadership, Lefke Tree Experts has
grown into one of the region’s trusted providers for tree removal, pruning, and hauling
services.

Mark Wilson

Mark is a leader in the mortgage industry, boasting more than 20 years of experience in manufactured housing. His diverse background encompasses business development, retail sales, loan origination, and underwriting. Currently, as the manager of the Consumer Connect Channel at FirstBank, he concentrates on mortgage origination for clients who are buying or refinancing their manufactured homes. He is dedicated to offering lending solutions that enable families to attain home ownership.

Michael Knab

With over 15 years of experience spanning banking, business development, veterinary consulting, and national-scale property services, Michael Knab brings a unique blend of financial expertise, client relationship management, and operational strategy to the mobile home community industry.

Jennifer Blankenship

Jennifer is a landscape architect and senior site planner from Rochester Hills, Michigan. She holds five associate degrees including CAD Technology, Landscape Design and Horticulture, which ultimately lead to her professional licensure. Jennifer specializes in Manufactured Housing Community, Residential Subdivision and RV Resort design. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry, most of which was obtained as an apprentice to one of the industry’s living legends, Donald C. Westphal. She has contributed to planning manufactured housing communities, RV resorts and residential subdivisions across the US and Canada.

Hunter Rittgers

Hunter Rittgers launched her real estate career in 2017 as a sales and business development representative for an independent escrow company in San Diego. After nearly seven years and experience with two companies in the escrow sector, she pursued her passion for commercial real estate, taking on the role of Vice President at Fidelity National Title, National Commercial Services. The NCS platform offers comprehensive closing services across all asset classes nationwide, ensuring a streamlined process and consistent points of contact for owners transacting in multiple states.

Dr. Phil Powell

Dr. Powell has been a business economics faculty member at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business for 28 years. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Indiana Business Research Center. The Center uses data, practical research, and strategic insight to help businesses, communities, and organizations make better decisions and forecast their future.

Jane Yang

Jane Yang founded Cooper Square in 2023 to own, operate, and develop manufactured housing communities. Prior to that, she spent 14 years investing on behalf of institutionally backed real estate private equity firms, including Prospect Ridge, Meadow Partners, and the Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy Estate. 

Lex Watson, Attorney

Lex Watson is a partner at Merritt Watson LLP, where he has practiced law for more than forty years. He earned a master’s degree from Emory University School of Law with a concentration in taxation, and later received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.

Stephen Ware

Stephen Ware has been working for himself in the mobile home moving industry for over 25 years. He built his family owned and operated company, Ware Pro from humble beginnings with one toter and two helpers. With hard work, dedication and God’s blessings he has grown his company to have four toters, two platypuses, a tractor just to name some of his valuable equipment in the business. He works two crews who breakdown, move and set mobile homes in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina.
