Jodi Baiyat

Jodi Baiyat is an accomplished finance and community development professional with a strong foundation in both strategic management and social impact. Holding an MBA from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Jodi brings a unique blend of expertise in finance, real estate, and non-profit management. Her career spans over two decades, during which she has successfully led and managed various high-impact initiatives across both the public and private sectors.

Rick Daughtery

Rick Daugherty is an assistant vide president of Residential Lending with Delta Community Credit Union. Rick has over 20 years' experience originating and servicing manufactured housing loans. Rick received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. Before joining Delta Community Credit Union, Rick was senior vice president at GreenPoint Credit as well as Green Tree. During his career, he spent time working in various locations: Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas and Georgia.

Charles Castalleno

Charles Castellano serves as the Regional Director of the Southeast U.S. at Yale, where his primary responsibilities encompass new business development and overseeing Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) and Recreational Vehicle (RV) activities within the region. With a strong focus on cultivating fresh business opportunities, Charles frequently participates in national and regional conferences while regularly visiting communities across the Southeast. This proactive approach involves engaging owners and operators to foster connections and drive growth.

Kevin Thrash

Kevin Thrash spent 16 at Georgia-Pacific with progressive leadership roles in Credit Management, Project Management, and Corporate Finance. He then transitioned to banking where he has worked for the past 21 years with responsibilities in Commercial Lending and Risk Management. He is presently an Executive Vice-President at American Commerce Bank with offices in Georgia and Florida.  

American Commerce Bank is a national bank and has been an enthusiastic supporter of the manufactured home industry for many years.  

Chris San Jose

Chris San Jose is President of Lending, where he oversees the start-to-finish process of arranging loans across MHC’s, RVP’s, Self-Storage, and Multifamily properties. This process includes the front-end strategy of tailoring the ideal debt solutions for a new investment or refinance, as well as managing a team that ensures a smooth and timely closing for investors.
