Jennifer Blankenship

Jennifer is a landscape architect and senior site planner from Rochester Hills, Michigan. She holds five associate degrees including CAD Technology, Landscape Design and Horticulture, which ultimately lead to her professional licensure. Jennifer specializes in Manufactured Housing Community, Residential Subdivision and RV Resort design. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry, most of which was obtained as an apprentice to one of the industry’s living legends, Donald C. Westphal. She has contributed to planning manufactured housing communities, RV resorts and residential subdivisions across the US and Canada.

Hunter Ritgers

Hunter Rittgers launched her real estate career in 2017 as a sales and business development representative for an independent escrow company in San Diego. After nearly seven years and experience with two companies in the escrow sector, she pursued her passion for commercial real estate, taking on the role of Vice President at Fidelity National Title, National Commercial Services. The NCS platform offers comprehensive closing services across all asset classes nationwide, ensuring a streamlined process and consistent points of contact for owners transacting in multiple states.

Dr. Phil Powell

Dr. Powell has been a business economics faculty member at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business for 28 years. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Indiana Business Research Center. The Center uses data, practical research, and strategic insight to help businesses, communities, and organizations make better decisions and forecast their future. Previously, Powell was Associate Dean of Academic Programs on the Indianapolis campus. Before joining the dean's office, Powell was faculty chair of online graduate programs in Bloomington which earned a number one U.S.

Aron Procuniar

Aron Procuniar is an Associate Director at Berkadia, where he specializes in debt placement for Manufactured Housing Communities and RV resort owners nationwide. Based in San Clemente, California, Aron and his team provide clients with a broad range of financing options, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge loans, life insurance companies, CMBS, bank and a number of alternative sources. Over the course of his 10-year career in MHC lending, Aron has personally managed and closed 150+ MHC transactions. In 2024, Berkadia’s MHC lending team originated $870MM in MHC loans nationwide.

Carl Becker

CARL J. BECKER is a founding partner in the law firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC where he practices in the areas of manufactured housing law, business litigation, landlord-tenant, general commercial advice, and family law.  He practices throughout the state of Indiana and has counseled clients throughout the United States on issues impacting manufactured housing. He received his undergraduate and legal education at University of Illinois (B.S., Accountancy, High Honors, 1988; J.D., cum laude, 1991).

Bill Wolfe

Bill Wolfe is an Army Veteran, serving as a Drill Seargent and in other capacities during his 12-year US Army career.  Bill was introduced into Manufactured Housing while working with contractors and home manufacturers.  He gained first-hand experience setting homes, finishing concrete, etc.  Bill's 30-year MH career has included working as a Community Manager of a beautiful 911-unit community, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Lead and now, Regional Maintenance Supervisor of over 4,500 pads with YES! Communities.
