CARL J. Bill Wolfe is an Army Veteran, serving as a Drill Seargent and in other capacities during his 12-year US Army career.  Bill was introduced into Manufactured Housing while working with contractors and home manufacturers.  He gained first-hand experience setting homes, finishing concrete, etc.  Bill's 30-year MH career has included working as a Community Manager of a beautiful 911-unit community, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Lead and now, Regional Maintenance Supervisor of over 4,500 pads with YES! Communities.

Jane Yang founded Cooper Square in 2023 to own, operate, and develop manufactured housing communities. Prior to that, she spent 14 years investing on behalf of institutionally backed real estate private equity firms, including Prospect Ridge, Meadow Partners, and the Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy Estate. 

Stephen Ware has been working for himself in the mobile home moving industry for over 25 years. He built his family owned and operated company, Ware Pro from humble beginnings with one toter and two helpers. With hard work, dedication and God’s blessings he has grown his company to have four toters, two platypuses, a tractor just to name some of his valuable equipment in the business. He works two crews who breakdown, move and set mobile homes in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina. 

Angela Vera is an accomplished property manager and underwriter for Pentagon Properties, Inc., known for her dedication to tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. With over a decade of experience, Angela has mastered the art of tenant screening, ensuring that each resident meets rigorous standards, resulting in a record of consistent rent payments and a harmonious community.

Dan Ryu is the Chief Operating Officer for a family office based in Atlanta, Georgia, managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including multifamily, hotel, industrial, office, land, and RV/mobile home parks. Previously, he served as Director of Acquisitions for a private equity firm, overseeing the acquisition of over 1,500 mobile home park sites across the U.S. With nearly a decade of experience in the mobile home park industry, Dan specializes in all facets, from sourcing and due diligence to post-acquisition business plan execution and operational optimization.
