Her career spans over two decades, during which she has successfully led and managed various high-impact initiatives across both the public and private sectors. Jodi's experience includes roles such as National Acquisitions Director for ROC USA, where she played a pivotal role in acquiring manufactured home communities on behalf of resident cooperatives, and as the Founder of Attainable Housing Solutions, a venture focused on developing affordable housing solutions.

Throughout her career, Jodi has demonstrated a strong commitment to social purpose, particularly in the areas of affordable housing, community development, and financial oversight. Her leadership at Lake County, Illinois, as Community Development Administrator, was instrumental in advancing the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's objectives, ensuring compliance, and expanding community use of critical information systems. Additionally, her tenure at Mercy Portfolio Services saw her design and implement financial tracking systems for significant federal stimulus funds, ensuring accountability and effective use of resources.
