Bryce McMurry is the Principal of Kaliber Management, where he leads the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of a diverse portfolio comprising over 1,000 rental units, including mobile home parks, RV parks, and apartment complexes. With extensive experience in real estate, Bryce oversees a robust team of 50 property managers, construction workers, and operations support staff, ensuring the successful management and growth of Kaliber's assets.

John Hall

John Hall became part of the Newby Management team in 2012 serving as a Regional Manager and overseeing a range of communities spanning from Sarasota to Tallahassee, Florida. His early exposure and passion for the industry stemmed from his parents, who managed RV communities throughout their careers. He advanced to the role of Director of Property Management, supervising forty-eight communities, and later ascended to the position of President of Newby Management in 2020. John has been happily married for twenty-four years and is a father of four.

Sam Hales

Ben Braband

Ben has extensive and specialized experience as an owner operator of Manufactured Housing Communities, and Multi-Family Housing. A strong focus on process and systems have been standard and have helped optimize and create value with a double bottom line mindset.

Ben’s current portfolio consists of 46 Parks in (9) States. (Approx. 5,200 sites) and 1150 POH’s. Ben is past president of the Rocky Mountain Manufactured Housing Association, and a current Board Member.

Rick Daughtery

Rick Daugherty is an assistant vide president of Residential Lending with Delta Community Credit Union. Rick has over 20 years' experience originating and servicing manufactured housing loans. Rick received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. Before joining Delta Community Credit Union, Rick was senior vice president at GreenPoint Credit as well as Green Tree. During his career, he spent time working in various locations: Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas and Georgia.
