The MHP Broker was founded by Maxwell Baker in 2009 when everyone thought working with park owners in secondary and tertiary markets was a waste of time. In 2015, his wife Kathryn joined the team and became the COO. Since then, the company has been building to support park owners to feel smarter, operate better, and ultimately squeeze every last bit of value out of their park when we sell their community. We've served well over 393 community owners since inception and continue to focus on serving smaller market community owners.
