With a rich legacy in manufactured housing, Hunter’s family has been involved in the industry since the 1970s, when her great-grandfather designed and opened a historic community in Los Angeles County, encompassing nearly 70 acres and 512 spaces. Her deep connections within the manufactured housing sector highlighted a significant need for a reliable title and closing team to manage complex transactions. In response, Hunter founded the National Manufactured Housing Division at Fidelity, where she and her team focus on addressing the challenges of title insurance for owners across the country.
