Aron Procuniar is an Associate Director at Berkadia, where he specializes in debt placement for Manufactured Housing Communities and RV resort owners nationwide. Based in San Clemente, California, Aron and his team provide clients with a broad range of financing options, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge loans, life insurance companies, CMBS, bank and a number of alternative sources. Over the course of his 10-year career in MHC lending, Aron has personally managed and closed 150+ MHC transactions. In 2024, Berkadia’s MHC lending team originated $870MM in MHC loans nationwide.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Aron is an avid outdoorsman and an Eagle Scout. He is passionate about his hobbies (ice hockey, surfing, mountain biking, and dirt biking) which he now gets to share with his two young girls.
