He leads acquisitions and development, provides strategic direction, and manages a 50-person real estate, construction, and operations team. A licensed home builder, Bryce has purchased, designed, built, and sold more than $50 million in commercial and residential real estate across 100+ properties. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of New Mexico.
