Aron Procuniar is an Associate Director at Berkadia, where he specializes in debt placement for Manufactured Housing Communities and RV resort owners nationwide. Based in San Clemente, California, Aron and his team provide clients with a broad range of financing options, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge loans, life insurance companies, CMBS, bank and a number of alternative sources. Over the course of his 10-year career in MHC lending, Aron has personally managed and closed 150+ MHC transactions. In 2024, Berkadia’s MHC lending team originated $870MM in MHC loans nationwide.

Greg Ramsey is VP of Lending, where he processes financing requests by collecting property due diligence, underwriting, and preparing loan request packages for submission to lenders. He also manages the loan process from signed application to closing to ensure a smooth transaction for clients.
