Currently serving as SVP and National Sales Director at National Professional Services, Michael leads a nationwide team specializing in liability mitigation and curb appeal enhancement for large property portfolios through strategic tree management. He works with some of the country’s largest property operators to protect assets, drive ROI, and streamline operations using data-driven solutions.
Before his current role, Michael served as Veterinary District Manager at Royal Canin, where he managed a portfolio of over 130 veterinary clinics. There, he honed his consultative sales approach—partnering closely with veterinary professionals to support pet health through science-backed nutrition strategies. This experience further solidified his belief in client-first solutions that deliver long-term value.
Earlier in his career, Michael spent nearly a decade in the banking industry with institutions like U.S. Bank, First Financial Bank, and Park National Bank. Rising from front-line banker to AVP and Branch Manager, he specialized in small business lending, commercial real estate finance, and cash flow management—giving him a strong foundation in advising business owners and investors on growth-focused financial decisions.
Michael’s professional journey also includes a role in the staffing industry, where he worked as a Business Development Manager at Accounting Principals. There, he helped businesses solve complex hiring needs with a focus on long-term cultural and operational fit.
