SUPPLIES LIST
Ingredients (Per Serving)
- 1.5 cups – Bourbon
- 1.5 oz – Any spirit you want
- 2 – Lemons
- 1 oz – Maple Syrup
- 1 oz – Honey Syrup (1:1 water)
- 0.5 oz – Ginger Juice (1 tsp. powdered)
- Rosewater
- 1 – Peach
- Ginger Beer
- Orange Bitters
- Cinnamon Stick
- Chai Tea Bag
- 6 cups – Ice Cubes, 2 Cups Crushed
- 1 – Large Cube

Company founder, Rachael Green, has over a decade of experience in the industry; she knows just about everything around cocktail construction and classic cocktail history. With certifications in wine, beer, and spirits, she can teach and collaborate with anyone from novice to expert on the subject of adult beverages.
Since the world has moved digital, Rachael has desired to help businesses become more connected to their teams and clients through virtual happy hour events. She has helped many businesses with internal team building, client appreciation events, and networking functions. She also hosts many personal events bringing friends and families closer together through virtual happy hours!

Your Drink Recipes
Son of a Bee Sting

Ingredients (Per Serving)
- 1.5 oz – Any Spirit
- 0.75 oz – Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz – Honey Syrup
(1:1 water) - 0.5 oz – Ginger Juice
(1 tbsp powdered ginger) - 0.5 ml (4-5 drops) – Rosewater
- 2 cups – Ice
Method
- Cut your lemon in half between the two ends and slice off a lemon wheel, juice the rest.
- Measure ginger and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker (sealable jar). Stir until ginger dissolves.
- Add lemon juice, rosewater, and spirit to the shaker (jar).
- Add ice to both your shaker and your glass.
- Shake cocktail until the outside becomes frosty cold.
- Strain over ice in your glass.
- Place the wheel on the rim of the glass.
- Enjoy!
Grilled Peach Smash

Ingredients (Per Serving)
- 2 oz – Bourbon
- 1/2 – Lemon, wedges
- 0.5 oz (1 tbsp) –
Maple Syrup - Grilled/Torched Peach
- Ginger Beer
- Crushed Ice
Method
- Grill or torch a peach and set it aside to build into the cocktail.
- Slice up half a peach and half a lemon and “muddle” with maple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add bourbon and ice to cocktail shaker.
- Strain over fresh ice, garnish with peach wedge.
- Enjoy!
Orange Spiced Old Fashioned

Ingredients (Per Serving)
- 2 oz – Chai Infused Bourbon
- 0.5 oz (1 tbsp) – Maple Syrup
- Orange Bitters
- Torched Cinnamon
- 2 cups – Ice Cubes
Method

Ingredients (Per Serving)
- 2 oz – Chai Infused Bourbon
- 0.75 oz – Honey
- 0.75 oz – Lemon Juice
- 2 – Orange Peels
- 2 cups – Ice Cubes
Method
- 20-minutes before class drop chai tea bag into 1 cup of bourbon to infuse.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 1 orange peel, honey, lemon, and infused bourbon.
- Add ice to both cocktail shaker and the rocks glass.
- Shake cocktail vigorously for 15-20 secs.
- Strain cocktail over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
- Enjoy!
