Session 7: Tips, Tricks and Traps of Rehabbing Mobile Homes in Your Community

The lessons learned by Michael Power of MHC Investor while he managed the Re-Hab of over 1,000 mobile homes in the past 12 years. Recently Michael has managed the Rehab and Re-Leasing of 60 homes in just 7 months in his 300 site Atlanta area MH Community. This will be a short presentation, handout materials and substantial time for Q&A.
